As Education Development Trust, we improve computer education in school systems at scale and provide empowering employability and careers services to youth. We own and manage a portfolio of schools and colleges, as a not-for-profit, we invest annually in our programme of computer education that informs policy making around the world as well as our own work. we support to get better the life for all.

Our work

As a registered charity, we reinvest a percentage of our surplus into a publicly available programme of Computer Education and Employability Skill Training. Our programme helps policy makers to make decision, practitioners to select the most effective teaching methods.

Solution design

Our effort starts with the characteristic of evidence-led solutions. We use our expertise to find ways to reform School and College children and careers guidance services.

Our team is supported by professional plan management, tested processes, a thorough review cycle and enabling tools. This means that we are able to guarantee effective and adaptive in delivering our work.

Our finding aim to improve future programme design so that we achieve positive learning outcomes. We are committed to effecting sustainable change and so we foster responsive and proactive relationships with our clients.

Our work experience has been recognised to show important skills development and transitions for children and youth, but the Covid-19 pandemic has created unprecedented barriers to accessing placements. Here, we explore the value of virtual employer encounters and work placements for careers practitioners helping youth to build their job skills and progress their career in the midst of the pandemic.
